As our Head Chef’s right hand person, you’ll play your part in creating inspirational menus, and go to ensure a smooth efficient kitchen operation by training and supervising a closely knit team. With involvement in everything from stock control and resource planning to food preparation, it’s the next step for a chef who means business.
Focused on constantly improving quality you will draw upon your experience and commitment to excellence to strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
Previous experience in a similar sized four star hotel is preferred, as you will be expected to guide your brigade of 6 towards achieving Rosette status for the Hotel Restaurant.
