| | | Job Description | A an exciting opportunity is available for a Head Chef at the Macdonald Tickled Trout Hotel. We're seeking someone who can combine a head for profitable business with a heart for creative cuisine, and here's a position in which your talent will flourish.
As the inspirational driving force behind the kitchen's operations, you'll be the brains behind everything from the creation of imaginative menus to the recruitment and training of staff, ordering stock, quality control, health and safety and the achievement of budgetary targets.
This is an ideal opportunity for either a competent Head Chef or a first appointment as Head Chef from a Senior Sous position.
