| | | Job Description | This is a key management role in our hotel.
You'll take responsibility for our Bar and Events operations, including ordering and stock control and functions including weddings.
You'll train, develop and motivate your team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure our guests’ needs and expectations are met; you'll be responsible for effective rostering of team members; controlling costs and maximising sales opportunities to ensure hotel key targets are met.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a 4-star establishment and have a good understanding of food and liquor control. However, we welcome candidates with different levels of experience who can demonstrate that they have the experience we are seeking. Ideally you'll be skilled in recruitment and manning levels, team development and training. You'll be computer literate and numerate, well presented and confident. Duty Management will also be a part of this role.
