| | | Job Description | An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales and Events Co-Ordinator to join the sales team at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, Ascot. With strong administrative skills and a good telephone technique you will demonstrate attention to detail and a pro-active sales approach to existing and new clients. In addition to providing valuable clerical support to the Operations teams, you will handle a range of enquiries from potential customers and provide the continuity of service that ensures our clients continually return.
Ideally with previous hotel or conference centre sales experience, preferably at 4 * level, knowledge of the Fidelio Sales and Catering System would be a distinct advantage. However, we would welcome applicants with general hotel or clerical experience who can demonstrate they have the skills and aptitude we require.
