| | | Job Description | A great opportunity is available for an individual to join our food and beverage team as a supervisor.
This role oversees the fine dining restaurant, brasserie restaurant, private functions ranging from dinners to weddings and bar areas within the hotel and resort. You will have responsibility for the presentation of the food and beverage outlets as well as the service standards delivered to customers and guests.
You'll need to be immaculately presented with excellent communication skills, as the role will be working front of house and liasing with clients on a day-to-day basis.
Ideally you will have at least 1 year's food service experience at supervisory level, in a four star hotel with the ability to run service efficiently but we welcome candidates with different lengths of service who can demonstrate that they have the experience we are seeking.
