| | | Job Description | Macdonald Linden Hall, Golf & Country Club in Northumberland are looking for a Commis Chef.
If you're willing to learn, work conscientiously and are committed to high standards, our kitchen is the ideal place in which to develop your skills.
Experience in pastry is desirable but not essential. You'll be able to work on your own initiative as you learn from colleagues.
You will be NVQ Level 1(or equivalent) qualified, have an elementary food hygiene certificate and have a good level of English. The right candidate will be a valued member of a close-knit, quality-focused team, preparing imaginative food whilst ensuring a clean, safe and tidy environment at all times. A passion for food is a must.
