| | | Job Description | A an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at Macdonald Linden Hall, Golf & Country Club.
Built in 1812, Macdonald Linden Hall, Golf & Country Club is a fine example of Georgian architecture, boasting exceptional levels of comfort. Set in 450 acres of park and woodland the hotel offers peaceful surroundings, a warm and friendly atmosphere, a country pub and championship golf course.
The hotel also offers spa and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The Dobson Restaurant, which has 2 AA Rosettes, serves regional and international cuisine. There are 5 conference suites and 50 bedrooms.
High Standards start with you in this important role. As our Head Chef’s right hand person, you will play your part in creating inspirational menus and ensure a smooth efficient kitchen operation by training and supervising a closely knit team.
With involvement in everything from stock control and resource planning to food preparation, this is the next step for a chef who means business.
