| | | Job Description | A an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef at Macdonald Linden Hall, Golf & Country Club in our very own Linden Tree Pub set in the grounds of the hotel.
Built in 1812, Macdonald Linden Hall, Golf & Country Club is a fine example of Georgian architecture, boasting exceptional levels of comfort. Set in 450 acres of park and woodland the hotel offers peaceful surroundings, a warm and friendly atmosphere a championship golf course and our very own country pub The Linden Tree.
The hotel also offers spa and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The Dobson Restaurant, which has 2 AA Rosettes, serves regional and international cuisine. There are 5 conference suites and 50 bedrooms.
We are lseeking someone who can combine a head for profitable business with a heart for creative cuisine and here is a position in which your talent will flourish.
As the inspirational driving force behind the kitchen's operations, you will be the brains behind everything from the creation of imaginative menus to the recruitment and training of staff, ordering stock, quality control, health and safety and the achievement of budgetary targets.
This is an ideal opportunity for either a competent Head Chef or a first appointment as Head Chef from a Senior Sous position.
Must have worked to 2 AA Rosette standards.
