| | | Job Description | Located in a beautiful part of the Lake District, Macdonald Old England Hotel and Spa is looking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor.

Our guests expect the highest standards of service from us and you'll do much to ensure it's delivered in this responsible role.
Whenever the guests go for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotels 2 Rosette Restaurant, you’ll be there to guarantee they feel comfortable and relaxed and that their every requirement is met.
This means working closely with your Manager to control resources, budgets & stock, as well as setting an excellent example to your team through your own performance of waiting duties.
