Ensuring the smooth and profitable running of our Food & Beverage, Banqueting and Conference Operations is an excellent way of developing your expertise - and a rewarding career in management. With a primary responsiblity for Liquor & Food, it is a busy, varied role in which you'll make full use of your communication skills, organisational abilities, financial awareness and experience in similar environments to promote sales, train staff, co-ordinate workloads, maintain stock levels and fulfil all health & safety requirements.
You'll also ensure value and guest satisfaction at every stage of the event, comfortably managing both budgets and expectation, inspiring those around you, capably handling the range of administrative, procedural and personnel issues which naturally occur in a successful operation such as this.
Reporting to the General Manager, previous experience in a C&B or a F&B role at a supervisory or more junior level within a 4* quality hotel environment is essential. Trainer skills awards and knowledge of liquor management would be advantageous.
