| | | Job Description | We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with bags of personality and a mind bursting with ideas to contribute to join our team at Macdonald Swan Hotel at Grasmere.

You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to the high Macdonald standards, while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times.
You should be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative. A passion for food is a must and you should be able to inspire others with your flair and individuality.
Qualified to at least NVQ level 2 with at least 1 years experience in a similar role within a hotel restaurant or similar, applicants must be able to demonstrate an awareness of the standards required in a rosette-awarded restaurant.
